The Hitachi JE300 is a large capacity inverter with power ranges 132kW up to 500kW (650kW for fan and pump ratings). Like its smaller sister the J300, the new JE300 uses sensorless flux vector technology to provide exceptionally smooth running and very high torque.

Aimed at the water and utilities industries as well as HVAC and more general industrial applications, the JE300 comes in both 6 and 12 pulse versions. The significance of this is that, essentially, the 12-pulse inverter radically reduces harmonics onto the electrical supply.
